Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at helptiklyson@gmail.com

At tiklyson, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide premium-quality products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy in accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Laws.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Return Window: Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized, altered, or discounted items (unless defective) are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Initiate a Request: Email helptiklyson@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Verification & Approval: Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

Reverse Pickup: Available in select areas. Otherwise, customers must ship to our warehouse.

Inspection & Refund: Upon item receipt and inspection, refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Policy:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Partial Refunds: May be issued if the item doesn’t meet full return criteria.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or design within 3 days of delivery.

Subject to stock availability.

Defective or Wrong Item Received:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours with supporting images. We’ll provide a free replacement.

Cancellations:

after order : the order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.  Full refund will be issued.

After order :  order will not be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
